The power system in the room can be a bit problematic, requiring guests to jam two cards to keep the power on.

This hotel is a luxury gem! The exclusive amenities are the standout feature, including a beautiful sauna and Jacuzzi that I had to myself. The room advantages are also impressive, with a spacious and well-appointed room that felt like a haven. The restaurant served an amazing continental breakfast with a vast selection to choose from and the bar/lounge area was a wonderful place to relax in with great drinks. The private facilities were divine, including a picturesque garden and tranquil pool area.
The one minor issue I noted at this hotel was the spotty service. Although the staff was generally friendly and helpful, there were occasional miscommunications and delays in getting requests fulfilled.
